About This Beer
The Miami crew started with a rich Stout aged in brandy barrels for flambé nuances of caramelized fruit and char. Then they aged it again, this time in bourbon barrels, adding decadent accents of vanilla oak and wood spice. Finally, they conditioned it on vanilla, cinnamon, and banana for a sumptuous sip of dessert.
Tasting Notes
Whiskey caramel and spiced cocoa cascade over ripe bananas on every velvety quaff. Creme brûlée and cinnamon waft underneath with a bit of barrel heat, all hiding a bold 14% ABV.

Lots of chocolate with a ton of barrel, more bourbon than brandy. Light banana around mid palate through the finish. Cinnamon and vanilla are quite mild.
