About This Beer
The blend first spent 24-36 months maturing in rye whiskey and bourbon barrels, then finished an additional 28-month-long residency in Kentucky bourbon barrels!
Tasting Notes
Look forward to decadent notes of baker’s chocolate, toffee, and fig. Intricate tobacco and pumpernickel nuances should add to the complexity, and we expect all that time in oak to translate to layer after layer of tannic oak, top shelf whiskey, and rye spice.
