About This Beer
The team started Double Barrel J.A.M. back in 2022 by aging two chewy Barleywine bases into bourbon barrels from Four Roses and Buffalo Trace. After many months, they blended the batches and re-racked them into freshly-emptied Wild Turkey barrels to mature for an additional year.
Tasting Notes
Swirl your glass, and smooth nuances of whiskey caramel rise out to greet you. Take a sip and the flavors bounce from toffee, honey, and crème brûlée to rich hints of milk chocolate-covered blueberries and molasses. The fruity brightness deepens the complexity ahead of the lingering vanilla oak finish.

Incredible barrel aged barleywine. Getting flavors of molasses and raisin, with a smooth oaky vanilla finish. Very well done, loving this bottle.
