About This Beer
The Perennial crew started by combining Imperial Stouts aged in Elijah Craig and Weller bourbon barrels for 29 months. Then they racked the lactose-kissed blend into Willet bourbon casks for another full year!
Tasting Notes
You can expect nuances of maple, marshmallow, and caramel cascading through every sip — all of it derived from malts, oak, and time. A touch of roastiness combines with rich fudge flavors on the way to a deceptively smooth finish at 15% ABV.
