To make it, the team at Pondaseta started with a complex kettle soured wheat ale, then refermented it on tons of blackberry puree!
Tasting Notes
Each purple pour is packed with bright and tangy underripe bramble fruit notes. Sweet ripples of jammy berry sing just beneath the surface, beautifully balancing the tartness, before giving way to silky smooth finish.

very sour slightly bitter. similar to a chilled red wine. not much berry/fruit flavor gets better as it warms up. not my favorite. but you might like it.

Not as fruited as I’d hoped, sour really comes through. BlackBerry is really only slightly there.
