About This Beer
Aslin began with a fudgy Imperial Stout base and let it rest in a single Weller Bourbon barrel for 24 months. Then they folded in graham crackers, cacao nibs, toasted coconut, and toasted pecans for all the bakery flavors of its namesake.
Tasting Notes
Decadent dark chocolatey swigs ripple with luxuriant layers of pecan praline and toasted macaroon. Oaky vanilla and a whisper of espresso round out the profile before a lingering touch of bourbon caramel hints at the big 13.75% ABV.
