About This Beer
To make this crisp, crushable Pilsner, the celebrated Threes team got together with their friends at Bearded Iris. They brewed it with a base of German Pilsner malt, plus German Saaz and Hersbrucker Hops. And they imbued it with a unique minerality by adding freshly-cleaned oyster shells to the boil!
Tasting Notes
After seven weeks of lagering, this clean, oceanic, and maximally refreshing Pils is the ideal beach beer. Each light swig swells with biscuity malts touched by a subtle sea-breeze salinity. Notes of wildflowers, mixed berries, and a kiss of pepper round out the dry, hoppy finish.
