Black currant, pineapple, mango, and cocoa-dusted almonds!

If that’s dumb, then hand me a dunce cap and make me sit in the corner. As long as you leave me with plenty of today’s smoothie-thick brew, I won’t even mind!

In fact, with a few cans of Dumb Fruit #6 in my fridge, I’m feeling pretty darn clever — I get to enjoy the sweet-tart balance of currants and mangoes anytime I want! The pineapple adds a taste of the tropics, while deep nuttiness and dark chocolate complexity make for endlessly interesting sips.

Perusing that library of flavors might actually be making me smarter. My buddies seem to think I’m pretty brilliant when I share cans with them! At least, that’s what they tell me.

This is a very good fruity sour beer. very lightly carbonated with a dense syrupy mouthfeel, but the beer is expertly balanced between tangy and tart fruit notes. black currants really come through in the color, but take a back seat in the flavor, which is predominantly mango. They do add a touch of tart, which keeps this beer from becoming too heavy in the tropical category. The nose is exclusively mango. The finish is crisp and dry from the currant. very good brew.

If you are looking for a very sour beer with loads of flavor and refreshment; this beer is for you. One of the best sour beers I have ever had that doesn’t seem over sugary.

For a 6.6%, it tasted a little less like beer. As for flavor, I get tired for seeing others with a heavy sour taste with no a huge lack of sweetness. It's hard for those to balance the sour and sweet so that's a huge plus there, good work on this one! I look forward to another Dumb Fruit beer!
