About This Beer
The crew crafted it with 90% Munich Malt, along with Amber Malt, Caramel Malt, and a splash of a German Black Malt known as Carafa, for a sip straight out of Deutschland.
Tasting Notes
Intoxicating aromas of roasted coffee beans, creamy caramel, crisp apples, and hand-spun toffee invite you in. The taste follows, conjuring notes of freshly-baked bread with a kiss of milk chocolate — reminiscent of the chocolate-filled croissants that line the shelves of Bavarian bakeries.

Reminds me of sitting next to a warm, smokey campfire. Definitely taste the malts and the biscuit notes. Overall a solid dunkel.

Nice, rich, very drinkable, malty Dunkel, but in no way overdone. Actually a bit lighter than expected. Definitely recommend this to fans of Dark Lagers!

Rich amber color. Malty scent with some peppery notes. Light to medium body. Effervescent mouthfeel. Very mild malty flavor. A decent lager, but lacks the depth of flavor expected of a dunkel.

Fresh baked bread aroma with subtle notes of caramel and toffee. Enjoyable rich malt character in taste with some biscuit and caramel notes. Dig this Dunkel!
