About This Beer
The legends at Burial started with German Pilsner and roasted malt and utilized decoction mashing for richer malty tones. Then they hopped it with Tettnanger for complementary Noble nuances before naturally carbonating the brew and Lagering it for many weeks.
Tasting Notes
Soft currents of baker’s chocolate, sticky toffee, and toasted wheat course through every sip. Delicate coffee notes rise underneath swirled with herbs and florals on a clean, crisp finish.

Honestly this tastes like a dry coffee stout and definitely not what I was expecting. Its crisp with a mild bitterness and smells of dark roasted coffee beans. I think I was expecting more of a mild maltiness li.
