About This Beer
For this Wild Ale, the craft masters at The Ale Apothecary built the backbone from 100% Oregon-grown malts. Then they added a drizzle of honey and let it age in wine and brandy barrels.
Tasting Notes
The sip opens up with a gentle tang and funky barnyard complexities. Subtle smacks of honey sweetness and toasted malts follow before giving way to sophisticated nuances of tannic grapes and oak on the finish.
