Too bitter. Definitely couldn't tell that this was supposed to be a raspberry lemonade concoction.

The use of the milder Meyer lemon might have been a mistake: Any lemon flavor seems to be subsumed by the tartness of the cider, so this is more like raspberry apple cider than pink lemonade cider. Using more pungent true lemon probably would’ve produced a better lemonade flavor.

very tasty, not sure why people are saying it’s bitter? it’s sour like a lemonade but that’s about it, very good raspberry taste.
