About This Beer
It’s true, with a dangerously smooth 16.2% ABV, this experimental Stout might have you feeling a bit like its namesake.
But coming from the masters at River North, we thoroughly expect this bad boy to boast a sophisticated depth of flavor. Especially because they brewed it with Belgian Abbey yeast.
Tasting Notes
Look for notes of fig and raisin to poke through rich baker’s chocolate notes. Ribbons of caramel should course throughout, accentuating the roasty malts and leaving little trace of that boozy ABV.
