Evil Twin collaborated with their pals at the East River 5000 running club to craft today’s Japanese-inspired Rice Pale Ale to go with the club’s Japanese-inspired race. And thanks to its invigorating rice base and a dash of Nelson Sauvin Hops, it’s sure to hit the spot after some cardio.
Tasting Notes
Take a gulp and effervescent bursts of pine and citrus sprint across your palate. Mid-sip, tangerine and resin nuances pass the baton to notes of sunny grapefruit. And when the pithy tones start to fade, the pine returns, accompanied by a bright white wine finish.
