I’ll cut to the chase. Today’s beer clocks in at an absolutely mind-boggling 4.43 on Untappd!

Craft fan @David A. describes this dark beer splendor as “wizardry in a glass. Dessert Stout blessed by the grand master of Stouts.” And, @fosforito wishes they could give Omnipollo a 5.5! After a decadently thick, luxurious sip, we bet you’ll know why! 

To craft it, the brewers loaded up their 15.5% ABV Imperial Stout base with Madagascar vanilla beans, Sri Lankan Coconut, and Barrel Aged coffee beans from the Philippines. Yep, they literally sourced their ingredients from all over the world. 

And, up until today, you’d have to live in Stockholm to get your hands on a glass!

Seriously! Before we snagged some, Swedish craft fans were the only ones tasting its whispers of honeyed oak, vanilla, and caramel. They blissfully indulged in the Sri Lankan coconut’s flutters of toasty-sweetness and basked in its waves of baking spice and dark chocolate. As it warmed, they savored the balancing roastiness from the barrel aged coffee beans.
