About This Beer
To craft En Passant Cab Franc, the (grand)master brewers started by carefully blending barrel-aged Saison, then conditioned it on cabernet franc pomace.
Tasting Notes
Each sip beautifully blends the vinous character of a cab with the bright and funky flavors of a great Saison. Notes of dark red berry and Meyer lemon lead the dynamic opening, with hints of turned earth and wet hay adding complexity on the way to a crisp and refreshing finish.
