Today’s brew is sweet, tart, and spicy — seriously! The renowned brewers at Urban Artifact crafted Epicurean with pulpy mango, fresh lime zest, and smoky ancho chiles so each sip tickles all of your taste buds!

And it’s like a ready-made tropical cocktail! Vibrant, juicy mango leads each sip followed by comfortably warming spice. Tangy citrus rises on the end for a lush, refreshing finish.

But, while the UA crew designed Epicurean for the purveyor of the unexpected, they also released it as an extremely limited, small batch, taproom exclusive –– where it’s likely already sold out.

It’s not bad at all, but I don’t get as much of the chile flavor as I’d like. I want to feel a bit of the heat and I don’t.

A very interesting beer. Lime and chili are very prevalent. Reminds me of a Spivey Corona. Would try again.

Not so much on the mango but it is there, giving that fruity sweetness. The real breakaway success here is the Chile spice. Excellent flavor.

surprising, and unique. the Chile and lime are wonderful together. the mango was not as pronounced. fizzy and a light spice. wonderful with tacos.

There is more of the mango on the aroma, while the flavor is replete in both the lime and chili. Light, refreshing, and tart, but certainly a sipper: the spice can build quickly.
