A Note on This Beer
“Favorite beer ever. Hands down.” @CrookedCreekHoller
“Errday. That’s how often you’re going to want to drink this beer...With your eggs. On the weekend. At happy hour.” @MensJournal
No occasion or task is too small or too big to enjoy today’s foeder-fermented Table Beer. That’s exactly why Fonta Flora dubbed it Errday — you can crush this sessionable Saison-style brew all day, every day!
And, although it sips light and easy, the brewing process was anything but. The brewers used a mix of barley, wheat, and rye grains to build the base beer, then fermented it in oak foeders for a dry, drinkable finish. Finally, they blended it with a bit of Brett-fermented Saison before pouring the whole batch into bottles to re-ferment.
All that hard work results in an immensely refreshing, zesty flavor — like fresh-squeezed lemonade with a sprinkling of minerality. A hint of barnyard funk and woody oak float through on the finish.
It’s the kind of brew to enjoy anywhere, anytime. From the breakfast table to the picnic table. Just make sure to stock up — you’ll want more than one bottle so you can sip it Errday!
Men’s Journal put Errday at the top of their “6 Farmhouse Ales You Need To Try in 2021!”
