Pure Project’s head brewer, Winslow Sawyer spent years creating a yeast strain just for today’s beer. In the modern sea of craft breweries, coming across that level of sheer dedication is like finding a diamond in a haystack! 

The yeast delivers a distinctive funk and a lingering woody bite in each sip of Euphorik with Strawberries. And, swirling between it all are notes of jammy-sweet strawberry shortcake! 

That’s because Winslow and his crew conditioned this American Wild Ale on a stunning 1,200 pounds of local organic strawberries, then aged it in French oak casks that used to hold Pinot noir in Napa Valley!

It’s funky meets tart, mingled with soft waves of sweetness. But, we only have 120 bottles!
