What’s cooler than putting on a vintage band tee and riding around Williamsburg on your fixie? An Evil Twin NYC x Monkish collab, that’s what! These two craft legends joined forces and double dry hopped this DIPA with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Simcoe.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting some serious juicy flavors in this bad boy, like mango, tangerine, pineapple, and peach. The Nelson should impart a gentle herbaceousness and a touch of white grape nuance. And maybe even some really obscure, underground flavors — but you’ve probably never heard of them.
