A Note on This Beer
Evil Twin’s head brewer Jeppe made Even More JCs just for you.
Well, it’s for you AND Trillium’s head brewer Jean-Claude Tetreault. Because he’s the ‘JC’ in Even More JCs — that’s his picture all over the can.
Pretty bold to name a beer after one of the country’s most legendary brewers, but judging by the 95/100 BeerAdvocate score, it seems this Stout is worthy of the honor. And once you get a taste of its boozy, chocolatey, 12% ABV glory, you’ll be tempted to add your OWN picture to the can!
You know what? Go ahead and do it — cut out a picture of yourself, tape it to the can, and enjoy. Because if you’ve ever dunked a chocolate chip cookie into your coffee or chased a mouthful of chocolate cake with a sip of espresso, this brew SHOULD have your name on it!
Brewed with fresh-raosted coffee and real vanilla beans along with a touch of lactose, this decadent brew tastes like a mocha-soaked marshmallow. Rich fudge leads off the aromatic experience, followed by Evil Twin’s signature notes of booze-soaked raisins and chewy molasses. As it warms, flavors of vanilla ice cream come to the forefront along with creamy cappuccino.
This delectable Stout might not be adorned with your smiling face, but if you’re a fan of dark, desserty brews, it was definitely created with you in mind.
