About This Beer
Parish and Burial started with wheat-heavy grist for a sumptuous and creamy body. Then the crew loaded it up with some of their all-time favorite variations of Mosaic Hops: Mosaic T90, Mosaic Incognito, and Mosaic Lupomax!
Tasting Notes
Look for notes of fresh squeezed OJ to swirl alongside pops of blueberry, papaya, and mango. A ribbon of dank resin should linger after a supremely soft finish, leaving behind barely any trace of the 8% ABV.
