For this refresher, the Evil Twin NYC crew started with their Witbier base and accented it with a balanced squeeze of grapefruit.
Tasting Notes
Crisp currents of lightly malty bread swirl with coriander and a bit of peel. Tangy grapefruit rises underneath in a citrusy complement. Bright and light, it’s an all-day crusher ideal for game day, flipping burgers, or kicking back after work.

Take a really good wheat beer and add grapefruit. Trust me - it works. The grapefruit is very complimentary to the wheat ale.
