Evil Twin NYC let today’s Super Seltzer mature for 34 months in 2014 Wild Turkey Single Barrel Bourbon barrels, then conditioned it on lemon peel.
Tasting Notes
The end result tastes like something a mustachioed mixologist would whip up at some expensive bar downtown. The brightness of the citrus zest beautifully accentuates the complex whiskey and oak tones from the casks, and the seltzer base is crisp and refreshing.
