About This Beer
The U.S. Open Cider Competition medalists at Schilling Cider one-upped that most American of treats by turning it into an 8.4% ABV Imperial Cider! To make it, they pressed heirloom dessert apples into a sweet Cider base and seasoned all that goodness with a secret blend of pie spices.
