Tasting Notes
Like a great curse word, this bottle is rich, bold, and full of flavor! To achieve such a cuss-worthy Imperial, the brewers aged their Cream Stout in Henry McKenna 10yr bourbon barrels to create a rich base that swirls around a malty backbone with ribbons of vanilla.
Then they folded fudgy chocolate and heapings of hazelnut into to the bottle like brownie batter — making these smooth gulps smack of the gold foil delicacy of a Ferrero Rocher! Waves of rich, earthy nuts and coco wash the confectionary concoction down like an iced hazelnut mocha, leaving you with an experience so decadent you’ll hardly notice the 11.5% ABV loosening your tongue!
