A Note on This Beer
I’ll admit it. I’m clumsy.
As a kid, skateboarding required knee-pads, a helmet, and bubble-wrap. A few dozen failed kick-flips and face plants later, I decided to leave the boarding to Tony Hawk.
Still, despite the many ghosts of wipe-outs past, I’d dive head-on into a batch of Divine Barrel’s Faceplant into Hops West Coast IPA any day!
Double dry-hopped with heaps of Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Chinook Hops, each deliciously complex taste begins with splashes of succulent tropical fruit and refreshing floral notes. As you’re reaching for another sip, pops of spicy pine and pithy grapefruit will rejuvenate your palate.
Not to mention, these West Coast IPA brewmasters amped up the IBU to 107 — the most they’ve ever crammed into an IPA!
Luckily, you’re not about to fall on your face after a boldly bitter sip. Divine team member Gavin Toth emphasizes, “even with its 9.3% ABV and the outstanding IBU, Faceplant into Hops shockingly still drinks like a balanced single IPA”!
This one is juicy, bold, and finishes bone dry — it’ll go down easier than you think. So, if you find you’ve enjoyed it a little too enthusiastically, I strongly suggest you stay off the old skateboard!
