Brix City Brewing is celebrating its 7th anniversary with a Fancy Affair, and you’re invited!

The theme of the evening is “Churros.”

Will Lady Gaga upstage her famous meat dress with pastry? Will Rihanna remain the reigning queen of the theme? All we can say is that we’ll be watching the cinnamon carpet to see what Timothée Chalamet and all the other fashion darlings are wearing! 

This rich, decadent, and full-bodied Affair began with the same Imperial Stout base as Brix City’s previous anniversary editions. Then the brewers added lactose for extra creamines and aged it for 7 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels. Finally, they conditioned it with Cinnamon, Mexican Vanilla, and Mexican Chiapas Coffee courtesy of their New Jersey neighbors at Roast’d.
