The dexterous crew at Perennial took their sweet-as-an-Almond-Joy time crafting this one — and the process certainly wasn’t as simple as floating down a stream of fudge.

To make it, the brewers fused heaps of milky-sweet coconut into their delicately created, ultra velvety Imperial Stout base. The result tastes just like a cocoa-dipped macaroon, and it’s seriously divine.
