About This Beer
Far Afield started from the refermentation of Side Project’s Hefeweizen using native Missouri culture for a complex, tangy Farmhouse Ale. Then they dry hopped it with wild Czech Kazbek Hops for fruity flourishes and Noble spice.
Tasting Notes
Tart lemongrass leads each quaff into wafts of hay and funk. Hoppy hints of lush passion fruit and berry medley tones swirl underneath before a refreshing, tannic oak finish.

I liked it. It was sour and good. My partner could only taste “hay and funk”

Light citrusy, funky aroma. Lemon lime notes in the taste along with more light funkiness and a touch of tartness. Like that dry finish.
