About This Beer
The award-winning crew blended a mature barrel aged, Brett-fermented Saison with a younger Saison generously hopped with Mosaic extract. Then they dry hopped the entire mixture with Strata and Nelson Sauvin for vivid bursts of tropical flavors that complement the mildly tart base.
Tasting Notes
Complex hoppy nuances of tangerine, mango, and sauvignon blanc mingle with hayloft whispers in each taste. A swirl of the glass opens up even more layers, ranging from pine resin to passionfruit. And this effervescent brew concludes with a dash of pithy bitterness and hint of farmhouse tang, making it extra refreshing!
