Malty, caramel, toffee, barrel aged with a hoppy bite.

Boozy caramel and dark cherries on the nose. Figgy, sweet, slightly saline with notes of caramel and ethyl alcohol coming through. Not as mellow as I would want a barley wine to be, but still nice.
