About This Beer
J. Wakefield got together with their friends at Olfactory Brewing to craft a fresh New Zealand-style Pilsner — the kind you’d be glad to see if it showed up unexpectedly right before dinner.
They hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin and split the fermentation time between a foeder and stainless tank, giving it smooth whispers of oaky straw AND a clean, hoppy finish.

Apple aromas with some grassiness. Clean, pretty full mouthfeel for a pils. More apple notes, some citrusy hops, and a bit of malty sweetness. Nice unique pils.
