Meh. Very light. Nothing special or remarkable.

There's the slightest bitterness of which I'm not a fan, and it's too dry for a cider (which some may like, but not me). It's not that memorable.

Loved this one! Dry, and not too sweet...great flavor!

Crisp and light

For something labeled “sour cider” on the can, it’s nowhere near as tart as I was expecting – which I consider a good thing. Very drinkable, if a little lacking in personality.

I'd drink it again. Little sweet, little goofy.

Loved the rhubarb. Very drinkable and smashable.

Now, trying to avoid gluten a little more once in awhile, I’ve been trying different ciders lately. This was very enjoyable with all the round balanced flavors and acid. It tasted/felt remarkably clean, and settled well in my tummy.

A little too dry for me, but not a bad cider. Not a lot of flavor that is identifiable as rhubarb but definitely a lot of rhubarb tartness

Drinkable but had an after taste as if someone sprayed body spray into your mouth.

First let me state that I am not cider expert by any stretch. However, having grown up in the Midwest surrounded by every form of fruit or vegetable, I have over the years, tried more than a few cider's. Overall, this was a pretty good cider. Dry, clean, and indeed fizzy. I did not notice any funkiness or vinegary flavor that some cider's can get. So a definite plus there. However I think was also expecting more from it. Having been dared to eat fresh rhubarb as a kid I know its strength is tartiness, or that light tangy lime / lemon affect. It has the tartiness which I enjoyed and I think adds to overall clean flavor. But having a grandmother who was proficient in pie making as a young man (rhubarb being one) I was expecting perhaps, a bit more sweetness, or an additional fruitiness that eluded me.

Beautiful color. Super fizzy. Refreshing. not bitter at all. Perfect level of tartness.
