About This Beer
This Farmhouse Ale comes from the dynamic duo of Casey and Sapwood Cellars! They used a base fermented with both breweries' house yeast cultures for a complex, deliciously distinct sip. Next, they let the brew rest in oak barrels, then aged it on whole fresh Colorado peaches and dry hopped the beer just before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Every drop pops with mild acidity, juicy peach, and underripe nectarine followed by nuances of wildflowers and freshly cut hay. A touch of tropical fruit and pine play beautifully against the funky Farmhouse tones while effervescent carbonation provides a delicate mouthfeel that would be right at home in a champagne flute.
