About This Beer
The Alaska brew crew crafted this Holy Grail of a beer with plenty of passionfruit and apricot for tangy layers of tropical and stonefruit flavor. How did they get ahold of passion fruits way up in Alaska?
Perhaps they were carried. We’re certainly not suggesting that passion fruits migrate.
Tasting Notes
This tart brew brings plenty of bold and fruity flavor that just won’t quit. Not even if you cut its arms off. It’ll just be like “have at you!” and come charging back in to headbutt you with nuances of bright lemon and a hint of grassy funk.

Passion fruit primarily and plenty of apricot secondarily as well. Very nicely done to the folks at Anchorage. Bold but oh so nice.

Apricot & lemon in aroma, w/touch of funk. Apricot
up front followed by passionfruit. Light acidity w/splash of sourness. Finishes w/Chardonnay-like dryness.
