About This Beer
For this one, the Alaskan crew brewed the base with exceptionally drippy thiol-boosting yeast and heaping helpings of El Dorado Incognito and Strata hops. Then they amped up the flavor even further with a double dry hopping of even more Strata!
Tasting Notes
Each pillowy sip swells with notes of ruby red grapefruit, mango, and passionfruit. Subtle nuances of dank kush follow, rounding out the fruity front and further obscuring the undetectable 8.4% ABV.

Another solid release from Anchorage. However, the Thiol Boost is starting to blur a bit and I’m losing the nuance. Or: too many beers tonight.

Anchorage makes just a complete beer!

Fruity and sweet. Yet light and refreshing. Like cotton candy grapes with a finish of citrus grapefruit. Definitely the best beer I've ever had. I wish I could find it again.

Unusual flavor, but not unpleasant!

Good day edition. All the anchorage yeasting, hopping, balancing. Lotsa sweet fruitiness, but balanced by a touch of earthiness. So smooth and good as always.

Creamy head, hazy, hoppy tropical aroma, hoppy pineapple juice taste, hint of acidic in the back of the throat, sweet, yeasty, with a lingering bitter finish.

Melony and lightly dank hop aroma and flavor. Was hoping for more citrus and dankness from Citra and Strata. Strange but good. Medium bodied and fairly smooth. 🇺🇸🇮🇱

Very mellow for a DIPA. Starts with a slightly bready taste. The middle is a little juicy/fruity and then falls back into a lingering yeasty finish.
