About This Beer
To create it, the GABF-medal-winning crew at Listermann aged their velvety base in apple brandy barrels and treated it on freshly toasted coconut and cinnamon sticks
Tasting Notes
Pome fruit nuances wrap the taste buds in luscious sweetness, while gorgeous accents of warming spice and creamy coconut deepen the flavor. A backbone of roasty malts holds the whole sip together, then a final kiss of oak lingers on the palate following the ultra-smooth finish.

good beer, a lot of flavor to handle, tasted like a cinnamon apple pie, can’t drink more than one at a time

Honestly the sweetness off the bat took me by surprise but not bad. Its got a thicker drinking experiance and leaves an apple flavored alcohol taste long after you first sip it. There is a bitter bite to it that wants to be black coffee but is over powered by the apple.

too sweet for me, but the apple is there. a syrup drenched apple.
