Today’s Double Hazy IPA reminds me of a buddy-cop action flick — like Rush Hour. Except, instead of Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker, it stars two of the country’s finest breweries: Iowa’s Toppling Goliath and Colorado’s WeldWerks! 

That’s quite a dream team. TG just earned the title of #1 Brewery in the Country at the 2021 U.S Open Beer Championships, and WeldWerks has an arsenal of brewing black belts — ahem, gold medals — from GABF and the World Beer Cup.

This time around, they kung-fued a brew full of Citra, Idaho 7, Talus, and Cashmere Hops. The fluffy result overflows with high-flying flavors of tangy mango, ripe melon, sweet-tart peach, and luscious pineapple. On the finish, a dash of lip-smacking lemon-lime skips across the palate quicker than a throwing star!

It’s totally something you could drink while watching a fast-paced movie like Rush Hour. Snag a bucket of popcorn, an uber-comfy blanket, and a chilled glass to pour this kick-butt brew into, and WAPOW! You’ve created the ultimate movie night! 

Yes, movie fans! The beer name is a reference to the 1999 comedy classic, Office Space!
