About This Beer
They started with a boozy Seltzer base and let it rest in legendary Foursquare Rum casks. After 31 months in oak, they finished it on fresh pineapple, Madagascar vanilla beans, marshmallows, Demerara sugar, and lime juice, so it’s like a Dole Whip meets something you’d find at a swim-up cabana bar!
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting notes of pineapple sorbet and fluffy mallow to collide with balancing pops of zesty citrus. Brown sugar rum nuances and hints of wood char should deepen all the flavors, leading to a crisp and refreshing finish.
