About This Beer
The story goes that Saisons were originally brewed to keep Belgian farmers and their seasonal workers refreshed in the heat of spring and summer. So how do you make a crisp, light, invigorating style even more thirst quenching?
With brett and peaches, which is exactly what the Perennial crew did with this luscious stunner.
Tasting Notes
Delicate nuances of lemony tang, farmhouse funk, and fresh baguette open every intricately swig. Luscious peach mellows the brett while hints of wild grass and spicy earth bring delicious complexity on a subtly oaky finish.

Pale golden. Cloudy, unfiltered. Strong scent of funk, with subtle undertones of stone fruit. Quite tart, very funky. Peach unfortunately imperceptible, but a decent tart saison nonetheless.

Nice! Solid if not crushable! Sour notes are subtle but quite enjoyable! Very low acidity but still maintains it's profile nicely. Though not Earth changing this is still a great change of pace to a quaffable lager or IPA.
