First up is Fractal Breakfast — a 4.29 UT-rated Sour Ale inspired by a fruit-filled breakfast parfait! To create it, the DSSOLVR crew teamed up with their friends at Tripping Animals, who Hop Culture dubbed ‘Florida’s Hottest New Brewery’ just last year.

Together, they loaded this soft-bodied Sour with pomegranates, strawberries, tangerines, maple granola, vanilla granola, vanilla, marshmallows, and a heap of lactose. It’s basically like walking up to a smoothie bar and saying, “can you make me one with everything?”

We won’t blame you one bit if you actually crack one open for breakfast, just watch out for that 8.5% ABV!

After that tantalizingly tart flavor bomb, you might want something clean and crisp to wash it down. Luckily, we’ve got just the thing with DSSOLVR’s Thank You For Existing Kolsch.

This is the only beer the young brewery makes repeatedly — it was the first beer they ever released twice! It’s super drinkable, but has a delightful citrusy complexity from additions of Crystal, Huell Melon, and Saphir Hops.
