About This Beer
For this Fractional variant, they started by blending Imperial Stout with 21 month old Widow Jane bourbon barrel-aged Stout. Then they conditioned it all on Argyle Roaster Brazillian coffee beans and 450 lbs of raw and sweet coconut.
Tasting Notes
Each sip is like dunking a Mounds bar into a shot of espresso. Layers of chocolate-drizzled coconut macaroon fold into a rich roasty backbone, with hints of mocha and oaky vanilla lingering long after the velvety finish. It’s so lip-smackingly decadent, the 13.4% ABV comes as a genuine shock as it warms the belly!

Soured with an acidic balance. There is something wrong here, possibly an infection but without other obvious symptoms. Massively disappointing.
