About This Beer
To craft this treat, the 3 Sons crew started with a blend of Imperial Stouts aged 29 months in 7-year Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it on toasted macadamia nuts, Hawaiian vanilla beans, and Philippine cacao nibs.
Tasting Notes
Rich dark cocoa cascades in creme brûlée tones of every velvety quaff. A sweet, rich nuttiness swirls throughout with hints of whiskey caramel for a swig like an artisanal chocolate truffle with a vanilla cream center and topped with macadamia.
