About This Beer
The 3 Sons crew blended a Stout aged in rum barrels for 31 months with an unaged Imperial Stout. Then they finished the mixture on marshmallows, graham crackers, and Philippine, Ugandan, and Ghanaian cacao nibs for the taste of that Southern classic.
Tasting Notes
Sweet, fudgy sips swell with ganache notes wrapped around silky ‘mallow and brown sugar nuances, along with a hint of cola. Toasty graham tones accentuate the roasted malts with a dash of earthiness on the way to a baking chocolate finish.
