About This Beer
The team crafted this sipper by aging a rich Imperial Stout in Buffalo Trace barrels for 17 months and infusing it with SIX species of vanilla beans, sourced from FIFTEEN different countries:
- Planifolia vanilla beans - Comoros, Congo, French Guyana, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, and Uganda
- Tahitensis vanilla beans - Papua New Guinea
- Cribbiana vanilla beans - Guatemala
- Odorata vanilla beans - Ecuador
- Tsy Taitra vanilla beans - Costa Rica
- Pompona vanilla beans - Madagascar
- Bahiana vanilla beans - Brazil
Tasting Notes
Imagine indulgent layers of marshmallow, oak, and angel food cake nuances enrobed in fudgy chocolate tones. Look for hints of bourbon caramel flickering around the edges, like the caramel crust atop a silky crème brûlée. And it all ought to finish with lingering notes of creamy ‘nilla.

Unfortunately for me, this was not a good BA stout, and the price tag made it even worse,
my buddy and I shared two different 3 sons and were both unpleasant, they both ended up getting poured out

Not sure why the poor Tavour reviews. UT more accurate rating. Could use more time on the shelf but pretty solid vanilla stout and of course, 3 Sons rocks
