About This Beer
How did Superstition create one of the highest rated Meads you’ll find anywhere? They started by co-fermenting honey and raspberry along with a dose of Belgian dark candi sugar. Then they aged the beer in a Tawny Port barrels for 26 months to imbue it with nuances of vinous plum and red grapes.
Tasting Notes
You’ll find notes of jammy redberry and plush raisin mingling with hints of dessert wine and even a whisper of chocolate! Hints of tart blueberry add balance, leading to an incredibly smooth finish.
