A Note on This Beer
Ten months a year hopheads debate on EVERYTHING. From which hops are the juiciest to how long to leave the hops in the boil. But for a few weeks each Fall there’s one thing they all seem to agree on: Fresh Hop Season is here!
The Northwest takes a lot of pride in their Fresh Hop beers, with an intense, distinct, and complex range of flavors and aromas. And it only makes sense that Fremont, widely recognized as one of the top breweries in the Washington-- makes the Fresh Hop series that everyone scrambles for: Field to Ferment Pale Ale.
We snatched up a Tavour-load of of this years Centennial Hop Field to Ferment immediately after it was canned on 9/8/17, and are so excited to offer this fresh beer to you today.
This Fresh Hop(py) Pale is so packed with pine and juicy sweet grass you’ll feel like you’re drinking waterfall water filtered through forest trees of Snoqualmie Falls (picture the TV show Twin Peaks and you’ll get the idea).
Rated a 4.0 on Untappd, the Centennial variety is the Fresh Hop of choice for so many because its coniferous notes encompass all things fresh, crisp, and clean.
