What it tastes like: It’ll wash across your palate like a river of peach and nectarine flowing through a grove of pine trees. Stone fruit flavors tumble across the tastebuds along with splashes of ripe orange and tropical mango. What’s in it: Simcoe, Simcoe, and even more Simcoe Hops!

Well folks — I’ve got good news, and I’ve got bad news. 

The good news: Hubbard's Cave re-released their Fresh IIPA One Hop: Simcoe! And this 8.5% ABV hop-monster is loaded with layers of stone fruit and a massive hit of dank, piney resin. 

The bad news? This One Hop release is super limited. And with a 4.16 on Untappd, fans are going to drink it up mighty quick. Which means, you better jump on it fast if you want a taste of One Hop: Simcoe. 

Because if you don’t snag some cans from our little supply while we have it, your only shot will be a flight to O’Hare and a visit to the brewery. And even then, it’ll probably sell out before you manage to get your ticket booked.

Don’t get caught empty handed this time around! Otherwise, you’ll end up begging your buddy for a sip of theirs, all because they hit the ‘Get it’ button just a little faster than you did.
