About This Beer
For this showstopper, Seattle’s Stout savants blended some of the most renowned barrel aged dark brews imaginable: Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dark Star (2019), Cacao Vanilla and Maple Syrup Barrel-Aged Dark Star (2019), Coconut Cinnamon B-Bomb (2021), and Coconut Cacao Bourbon Barrel-Aged Dark Star (2022).
Tasting Notes
Expect all the vibrant decadence of a gourmet box of dark chocolates to blossom out of every velvety sip. While we haven’t tasted it yet, we anticipate nuances of creamy dark mocha, golden caramel, and creme anglaise to course through the quaff with swirls of light coconut and dusky cinnamon.
